Birthday started with bacon and egg bagels, went o Birthday started with bacon and egg bagels, went on to presents of books for/ about our new home, blog about the first cat to attempt an atlantic crossing by airship, train listening of the Messiah, Whispering Truth writing, mark spotting a young fox in a field, an ancient empty town grown up through the bones of an abbey and an incredible pub Persian lunch with pint of Aspalls, Godminster cheddar cheese tasting, a long walk past gangs of lambs gamboling and between ancient coppicing, donuts atop Creech hill once site of a Romano-Celtic temple and views out across traces of an even older hill fort towards Glastonbury Tor. Love from friends and family around the world. I am feeling very blessed today as the sun sets outside the train windows. Even if I failed to make that cake.
